The Christian soccer player who bowed out of the U.S. women’s national soccer team  last year  has confirmed it was because her faith conflicted with wearing a jersey celebrating gay “pride.” “I just felt so convicted in my spirit that it wasn't my job to wear this jersey,” the player, Jaelene Hinkle, said in a new interview with the 700 Club. “I gave myself three days to just seek and pray and determine what [God] was asking me to do in this situation.” Hinkle told the 700 Club that she wrestled with her Christian faith – to which she’d first committed at age 12 – and trying to fit in throughout her soccer career and college. A Christian athlete with the U.S. national soccer team has listed "personal reasons" for  bowing out of games where her team will be wearing gay "pride" rainbow jerseys  in support of homosexuality. U.S. Women's Soccer  announced  late last month that during June their teams will wear rainbow " Pride " jerseys, in honor of homosexuality "pride" month. During June, the team plays two international "friendlies." Team member and outspoken Christian Jaelene Hinkle has pulled out of those matches "for personal reasons." U.S. Soccer did not replace Hinkle on their roster for the June games.   Hinkle is no stranger to persecution for her faith in Jesus Christ . She  tweets  Scripture, such as Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, do it as unto the Lord," and adds, "If you live for people's acceptance, you'll die from their rejection." When the U.S. Supreme Court legalized same-sex "m
