 Conservative commentator Ann Coulter stayed true to her reputation for courting controversy during an address to homosexual conservatives in New York on Saturday, telling them that they did not need special rights and that marriage was the union of a man and a woman. According to reports, Coulter charmed her audience of 150 at the HomoCon fundraiser for GOProud with a number of jokes, admitting that it must have been difficult to come out of the closet and tell their parents that they were conservatives. But then the outspoken pundit said to her audience, “I should warn you: I've never failed to talk gays out of gay marriage ." Cardinal refuses to withdraw statement

Image via Wikipedia The Cardinal Archbishop of Mexico City is refusing to retract his statements condemning homosexual behavior , despite a complaint filed against him with the federal government 's National Council to Prevent Discrimination (Contrapred). Multiple complaints before various government agencies were filed in August against Rivera, his spokesman Hugo Valdemar, and Cardinal Juan Sandoval Iñiguez by Mexico City Mayor Marcelo Ebrard and fellow members of the socialist Party of the Democratic Revolution in response to statements they made denouncing the homosexualist and abortionist policies of the Mexico City government and the nation's Supreme Court . Image via Wikipedia COPENHAGEN - The leader of a Faroe Islands political party took a stand in favor of sexual morality on Tuesday when he refused to dine with Iceland Prime Minister Jóhanna Sigurdardóttir and her lesbian partner during a state visit to his country. Sigurdardóttir, who has lead Iceland since 2009, is a practicing lesbian who "married" her partner Jónina Leósdóttir in a highly publicized ceremony in June of this year.  Calling the presence of Leósdóttir a "provocation," Member of Parliament Jenis av Rana refused to attend at dinner in honor of the prime minister. "My party is formally against homosexual marriage ," said av Rana. "If I were to participate in the official dinner, it would be the same as saying that I support a union that is contrary to nature and condemned by the Bible. And that is something I will not risk under any circumstances." Although av Rana belongs to a more conservative Christian political party, hi
