Philip Ruddock Religious Freedom inquiry on immoral sinful LGBT rights

Image
Do you want to loose your religious Freedoms ? The LGBTQI folk are not asking but are demanding all religious restrictions be removed so they can do whatever they want. They will talk in terms of hate, discrimination, intolerance, unfairness. But once religious freedoms are gone they will not come back. the UK and USA are prime examples where promises were made then watered down fast.  This is a submission to the Ruddock enquiry. Make up your own and submit it here Freedom of religion is more than freedom to worship, it is freedom to live out one’s Biblical faith in public. This freedom must be protected in all government contracts, universities, and various workplaces. Employment associations must not have the right to refuse any application by Christians who hold the view of Biblical marriage . Christian Parents must have the right to be notified of and then withdraw their children from public school classes teaching any form of L

Australia: Homosexual marriage lies supported by Prime Minister Turnbull

Image
An appeal to my fellow conservatives: please stop congratulating that chap who has his boot on your neck. Even Tony Abbott did it, telling parliament on 7th December, ‘I congratulate the Yes campaign for its victory’ as if the debate about same-sex marriage was a cricket match, not a profound struggle for our families and freedoms. The Yes campaign shows no such magnanimity. Bill Shorten famously called No voters ‘haters crawling out from under rocks’ while Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews urged a rainbow crowd to ‘get mad and get even’. On the last day of debate, leaders of the Yes campaign in the gallery applauded a reference to ‘the erosion of religious liberty’, which they regard as a license to hate. This No voter has felt that boot on the neck: vandalism at work, multiple threats of violence, a vexatious case before the Anti-Discrimination Commission, a ban on my book by a major printer, and on it goes. Others have fared much worse, and the harassing of dissenters will onl

Australian PM warned pro-traditional marriage will abandon pro-LGBT Government

Image
The No campaign on same-sex marriage has warned the Turnbull government not to ignore religious freedoms or risk alienating “tens of thousands” of politically active members in a new grassroots conservative movement that could campaign against the Coalition at the next election. The warning came after Tony Abbott last week highlighted the rise of a new conservative movement prepared to fight for Western culture and religious freedom as a result of the same-sex marriage debate. In a move which could threaten the Liberal Party base, the No campaign yesterday revealed it had the “proven tools and infrastructure” to turn religious freedoms into an election issue. A senior No campaign source told  The Australian  that many of its supporters felt they had been “taken for granted by a government who quite frankly has left many of them behind” and would be closely watching how religious freedoms were protected in the event of a Yes vote. With voting closing yesterday in

Faith protections doomed under YES to Homosexual Marriage

Image
John Howard is warning that broad protections for religious freedoms are unlikely to pass the Senate if the Yes vote wins, following Labor’s decision to back a same-sex marriage bill proposed by West Australian Liberal senator Dean Smith . The former prime minister — a key campaigner against gay marriage — argued the decision by Labor to lock in behind Senator Smith’s bill was an “added reason” for Australians to vote No in the $122 million postal survey. Mr Howard told The Australian the protections offered in Senator Smith’s bill provided only the “bare minimum” in terms of religious protections, saying a Yes outcome could force faith-based schools, charities and social-service providers to close or change the way they operate. “My position has been clear all along that I think the government should have spelt out what it had in mind,” Mr Howard said. “If the government continues to take the stance they’ll just facilitate a private member’s bill, it’s difficult to see a private

Victoria the LGBT left state by Premier Andrews

Religious liberty is all very well and all that, but it has its limits in Victoria’s state schools where principals are bound by Ministerial Direction 145. The determination allows faith-based religious instruction at the principal’s discretion providing no child attends for more than 30 minutes a week, and then only in the lunch break or in the hour before or after school. Parents must complete form CD145 — available in 15 languages — to give consent. Instructors must be referred to as instructors or special instructors, never as teachers. Teaching material cannot be described as “curriculum” and may only be referred to as “materials” or “program materials”. The Safe Schools program is different. There is no parental red tape to navigate since Safe School classes are compulsory and will be conducted in every state school by next year. In summary, parents must apply to have kids study the biblical canon, but they don’t get asked if they’d like their kids to study OMG I’m Queer, OMG

Westpac Bank lied - homosexual marriage saves 3000 suicides

Image
Westpac bank slammed for 'blackmailing' staff after it mass-emailed employees to vote 'yes' to same sex marriage using 'fudged statistics.' Westpac's youth network emailed 10,000 staff urging them to vote yes to SSM Called vote a 'no brainer' and claimed it would prevent 3,000 suicides a year. Email slammed as emotional 'blackmail' and a 'bad precedent' for the bank Statistic actually referred to suicide attempts that could be averted. Westpac sent an email to staff urging them to vote yes to gay marriage, claiming it would prevent 3,000 suicides a year. The message from the bank's youth network, representing staff under 30, was sent to 10,000 of 40,000 staff and called voting yes a 'no brainer'.  But the bank admitted its statistic used in the email was a mistake and actually referred to research only talking about suicide attempts. 'We said that we would get that information clarified to the staff and we

Sydney mayor vows to make all gay weddings FREE -another politician another gimmic

Image
A Sydney mayor has vowed to make all gay weddings free if same-sex marriage is legalised by the upcoming vote. Labor's Darcy Byrne, who has just been appointed leader of Inner West Council , wants to give same-sex couples the opportunity to use public halls and community centres to house their nuptials for the first 100 days after the unions are legalised. The inner-west has one of the largest LGBTQI communities in Australia and Byrne is hoping the move will lead the charge for civil rights.  But others have responded negatively :  "When will politicians learn that changing traditional marriage is not about scoring points in popularity, offering free incentives to lead the way? Will the council also provide free facilities for normal heterosexual marriages, or is this reverse discrimination and a gimmick? Will facilities be offered free for Religious organization for 100 days?"

Politician 'guarantee' legalising same-sex marriage will lead to polygamous relationships

Image
A former Queensland minister has revealed he will vote 'No' on the same-sex marriage postal plebiscite because he believes it will lead to other types of relationships wanting the same rights. Bill O'Chee , a past Nationals MP says legalising same-sex marriage will result in people involved in polygamous arrangements demanding they are recognised in Australia because they will argue it is of the same oppressive mentality. 'I cannot see how you can defeat somebody saying if you have gay marriage why cant we have polygamous marriage,' Mr O'Chee told Daily Mail Australia. Mr O'Chee claims he is educated to speak on the topic because his Chinese grandfather had two wives. His grandfather was unable to bring both women legally into the country as his partner, and it wasn't until his Australian resident wife died that the second woman could immigrate. 'I think my grandfather was selfish and what he did was unfair. They were creating a situation w

Disagree with the gay agenda - loose your jobs and the courts won't help!

Today the High Court denied me leave to appeal against the Chief of Defence Force ’s decision to terminate my appointment as an officer, as upheld by the Full Court of the Federal Court earlier this year. I have been fortunate to have had so much support in this battle. Today we have been defeated and for that I apologise. I feel that I have let many Australians down. This defeat does not just affect me personally. It affects all Australians. And the implications if the laws change on marriage are obvious. The Full Court of the Federal Court’s decision now stands. It found that it was legal for the Chief of Defence Force to impose ‘cultural change’ policies that include official support for events like the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras and its campaign for homosexual marriage . It found that it was legal for the Chief of Defence Force to prohibit any private comments objecting to this overt display of support for a radical political agenda and anti-Christian vilification. It

Whose rights are more important? The child’s or homosexual parents’?

If same-sex marriage involved only adults it would be much easier to accept it I wish that I could support same-sex marriage and I have "moral regret" that I can't. When we feel ethically bound to take a position that we know will cause hurt to others, we should - and I do - regret the hurt that causes. If same-sex marriage involved only adults it would be much easier to agree with legalizing it. One hopes its advocates are correct that it would send a powerful message from society as a whole that discrimination against homosexual people and ill-treatment of LGBTIQ persons or a failure to respect them is abhorrent. But marriage doesn't involve just adults; it also involves - and, arguably, primarily - children. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights defines marriage as a compound right: men and women "have the right to marry and to found a family." The "right to found a family" makes marriage the societal institution that recognizes and es

Religious Organizations targeted by future LGBTQ marriage

Image
Peter Dutton says religious schools must have right to teach own definition of marriage.   Religious schools , including Catholic and Anglican schools, should have a legislatively protected right to teach their conception of marriage, Peter Dutton  has said. Dutton has weighed in on the side of Coalition conservatives, including Tony Abbott , who argue that religious freedom and freedom of speech are at stake in the same-sex marriage postal survey, a view rejected by the attorney general, George Brandis , and fellow moderate Christopher Pyne . Dutton’s comments came after the Liberal MP Andrew Hastie said he would lobby “very hard” for religious protections to be included in a same-sex marriage bill, foreshadowing a major fight about which bill should be used to legislate marriage equality if the yes case wins the upcoming survey. Asked about the same-sex marriage debate, Dutton said the government’s position is “there needs to be protection for religious freedom”. “People ne

Be warned. If you vote “No” in the homosexual marriage plebiscite you'll be branded a bigot.

Image
BE warned. If you mention you are going to vote “No” in the homosexual marriage plebiscite you will most likely be branded a bigot. Now homosexual couples are accepted and have full legal rights . They already have equality and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. “Society” will turn on you. You may even be ostracised in your workplace, nursing home or footy club. So much freedom of speech. What same-sex marriage proponents like Bill Shorten and Malcolm Turnbull neglect to tell you is this: Redefining marriage is redefining parenthood. Homosexual marriage supporters wrongly say that traditional parenting doesn’t matter anymore and that it is OK to bring a child up without a father or without a mother. Same-sex marriage is a misguided concept. And it is not simply a symbolic gesture as the left-wing columnists rush to tell you. It will have far-reaching consequences for children. Here I stress that opponents of same-sex marriage shouldn’t become bigots either. We all know the

Do Australians want homosexual sin to rule their nation?

Image
Twenty years after Labor Party leaders changed the law - the last Australian state decriminalised homosexuality , Australians will ask themselves whether gay men and women should be allowed to marry. Think about that. Why was it decriminalized? Because Labor said any behaviour behind closed doors (private) has not to do with the Government . How wrong were they? Domestic violence, physical abuse, pedophilia all happen now behind closed doors and is illegal. This is simply - selective immorality, where some homosexuals wanted they behaviour decriminalized. In the space of just two decades, barely the lifetime of a teenager, community mores around homosexuality have gone from locking gay men up if they kiss on the street to cheering them on as they kiss at the altar, at least insofar as our attitudes are reflected in our statutes. But it was driven by Labor Governments. But as we embark on what is effectively a three month long election campaign we should consider the scale of t

Rebel Australian MPs push immoral homosexual marriage hopes on fake religious protections

Image
Rebel Coalition MPs  who cannot even uphold their own policy - are pushing for a free vote on immoral homosexual marriage . They hope that a set of religious freedom protections will help persuade wavering colleagues to support their private members' bill rather than the conservative plan for a postal plebiscite. But has anybody seen these set of religious freedom protections? Religious freedoms could just as quickly be removed by the Greens, by Labor in a few years time, by homosexuals who get offended by some incident.  What about other non-religious people who object to homosexual marriage? What about other Christian organizations that refuse to employ immoral homosexuals? Five Australian Liberal backbenchers - Dean Smith , Trent Zimmerman , Trevor Evans, Tim Wilson and Warren Entsch - support this immoral bill which is being circulated to government MPs ahead of an homosexual marriage party room meeting. They will urge their colleagues to ditch the plebiscite poli
