Federal appeals court strikes down Oklahoma marriage protection amendment

On Friday, a three-judge panel of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver voted 2-1 to uphold a previous lower court ruling declaring the state’s marriage protection amendment unconstitutional.
