Gosford Anglican Priest Rod Bower says Jesus believed in marriage equality

The Australian ABC reports that "Father Rod Bower is not your average priest. The Anglican Church minister is on a mission to keep religion relevant, and is using his parish notice board in Gosford on the NSW Central Coast as a way to get noticed."
His most successful (and immoral and non-biblical) message was one about marriage equality. He is quoting a Stonewall's (pro-homosexual anti Christian organization) UK campaign that used UK buses to force the idea of immoral homosexuality onto everybody.
With the help of social media it has been seen by an estimated 50 million around the world.
The ABC quotes Bower directly "What inspires me and us, as a faith community of course, is the life and teachings of JesusSo we stand for what He stood for, what we believe He stood for, which was justice and equality, compassion and a society that looks after the edges, that doesn't just look after the powerful and the wealthy."
In response to Bower assertion: Jesus was compassionate to those who were sick, ill and caught in sexual sin. He healed them, forgave them but also told them to sin no more.
Jesus DID speak about justice and righteousness according to God's law only. He also spoke about the poor.
Jesus NEVER spoke about marriage equality in any form. Jesus did affirm indirectly the concept of marriage being between a male and a female, he spoke of the hardness of heart regarding divorce.
Jesus DID acknowledge the existence of rebellion, sin and greater sin existing in the community and the penalty of sin, if the person chose NOT to repent of that sin. The Apostle Paul lists lesbianism first as an example of the rejection of God's truth.
Jesus DID criticize those religious people who tried to twist, manipulate God's law for their own purpose and condemned them outright.
Nowhere in scripture does Jesus support homosexual marriage or homosexual sin. But Jesus does call all sinners to repentance, to turn from their sin and turn to Christ in order to be saved.
Does "Get over it" imply that Christians should accept homosexuality? Christians are already aware of the growing sin of homosexuality and can either choose to declare the gospel of repentance and salvation or ignore people and allow them to suffer the consequences of not receiving the gospel or pretending Jesus said something, when he did not.
Father Bower needs to clarify his position regarding the sin of homosexuality or stop making false statements regarding Christ's teaching.
