Lesbian offended Over Textbooks in China to Court

After three attempts, a lesbian university student has finally gotten a Chinese court to hear her complaints that textbooks authorized by the Ministry of Education describes homosexuality as a “psychological disorder”. The Bible declares it to be a sin. Lesbianism is declared by the Apostle Paul in Romans 1 as an illustration of the greatest depravity of sin.

Romans 1:24-27 says: Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

A depraved mind means:
"Receiving in themselves the penalty which was fitting for their error.” In Christian literature is used only figuratively of wandering from the path of truth, as in “error, delusion, deceit, deception."The implication is that unnatural sexual practice is its own penalty, the inevitable outcome of wandering from God. That the divinely ordered punishment for sin is to be handed over to the power of that sin, to be left to its consequences."
Qiu Bai (a pseudonym), a student at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, finally got her day in court yesterday at the Beijing No 1 Intermediate People’s Court. Qiu had been persuaded to drop her first lawsuit by ministry officials, but when promised changes didn’t work out, Qiu’s second lawsuit was thrown out by a local court.

“The Ministry of Education has failed to reply to my request for an administrative review of the textbooks’ content. If I can win before the jury, the MOE may [be forced to] have the misleading textbooks revised,” said Qiu. A depraved mind according to scripture will twist truth, ignore truth, rebel and insult.

Qiu’s lawsuit accuses the Ministry of Education of homophobia by issuing university textbooks that say homosexuality is an “abnormal sexual mental disorder”.

DENVER, CO ,  – A Colorado board has ruled that a Christian business owner must make wedding cakes for homosexual "marriages" despite his religious objections. Business owner Jack Phillips came under legal fire in 2012, when he refused to bake a cake for Dave Mullins and Charlie Craig , who had traveled to Massachusetts for a marriage license, and wanted to celebrate in their home state. They sued on the basis of a state law that prevents the application of religious beliefs if one owns a business.
