At last weekend’s Human Rights campaign national dinner, Democratic vice-presidential nominee Tim Kaine said he expects the Roman Catholic Church will change its centuries’-old understanding of marriage to include same-sex unions, in the same way that he himself did ten years ago. Until 2005, Kaine was an opponent of legalizing same-sex marriage: “For a long time while I was battling for LGBT equality, I believed that marriage was something different.” But during Kaine’s stint as lieutenant governor of Virginia, when state lawmakers pushed a constitutional amendment to define marriage as between one man and one woman, pro-traditional-marriage arguments caused Kaine to pivot and support the legalization of same-sex marriage. But 1 million strong demonstrations across the country in recent days show that, politically at least, the issue of homosexual marriage is far from settled. Millions marched throughout the country this past Saturday to protest President Enrique Pena Nieto's initiative to legalize homosexual marriage. Counter-protesters came out in force, too. Yet the media ignored the numbers and focuses on one single boys protest - liking it to China's Timamen Square protest. The National Front for the Family, a coalition of conservative religious groups, called for the protests. The coalition is also planning a mass march for Sept. 24 in Mexico City. "Long live the family, in the image of the Virgin Mary, the baby Jesus and Saint Joseph," read one sign at the protest in the city of Puebla, the capital of a central Mexican state with a strong Catholic presence. The Catholic Diocese of Little Rock has a new plan to keep LGBT issues out of Arkansas’ Catholic schools. Last week, the Diocese issued a new addendum to the student handbook used by all Catholic elementary and secondary schools in the state with strict new prohibitions on LGBT identities. The guidance outright rejects non-heterosexual orientations and transgender identities and requires that students who express such identities be expelled. Even graduates who later transition will be deadnamed on their diplomas. It claims to respect those who “struggle” with LGBT identities, but calls them “untrue." It claims that in reality LGBTQ people are struggling with sin. David Hall, who works in information technology at the agency’s office in Champaign, Ill., refused to watch the 17-minute video on several occasions. Hall told the News-Gazette that the mandate to watch the video first came in April, when the national office sent out an email memo regarding LGBT diversity and inclusivity training. Revisionist interpreters tend to dilute Old Testament authority, especially in its references to homosexuality. EVERY PERSON COMES TO THE matter of homosexuality with an established opinion, which has been shaped by a worldview. By worldview I mean a person’s concept of self, the world, and everything else. Every worldview encompasses what one views as real, the nature of truth, how we come to know what is true, and how we define what is “good” in an ethical sense.  One’s worldview determines whether homosexuality is perceived as right or wrong. My own worldview is founded upon my confidence in the existence of a creating and governing God. This God has spoken or communicated both in general revelation through the created order and in the special revelations of Scripture and His Son, Jesus Christ. General revelation includes the complexity of the design and creation of the human body, the awareness of the spiritual self and conscience, and the unfolding of a plan that is shown through history. Significant studies have asserted such bold new interpretations of the material as: 1. The sin of Sodom was not homosexuality but inhospitality. More than one million Mexicans across 122 cities marched in support of marriage and the natural family on Saturday in response to President Enrique Peña Nieto’s moves to enshrine same-sex “marriage” in the nation’s Constitution. The pro-family activist group   Frente Nacional Por La Familia   (“National Front for the Family”) organized the protests. There were an estimated 275,000 marchers in Guadalajara and 100,000 in Querétaro. Some other cities’ protests reached nearly 100,000. Frente Nacional Por La Familia   warns   that Peña Nieto’s proposed reforms would allow same-sex adoption and lead to the collapse of parental rights related to sex change surgery on children and school curricula promoting homosexuality, transgenderism, and sexual activity. During a dinner for one of the country’s largest and wealthiest homosexual lobby groups, Democratic vice presidential candidate Sen. Tim Kaine predicted that the Catholic Church might change its position on same-sex marriage just as he did. “My full, complete, unconditional support for marriage equality is at odds with the current doctrine of the Church that I still attend,” Kaine said at a Human Rights Campaign dinner. “But I think that’s going to change, too.” The pro-abortion senator also implied that his faith is one of the reasons he supports same-sex marriage. “My church also teaches me about a Creator in the first chapter of Genesis who surveys the entire world, including mankind, and said, ‘It is very good. It is very good,’” he said. “Who am I to challenge God for the beautiful diversity of the human family? I think we’re supposed to celebrate, not challenge it.” His inference is that a Holy God created sexual sin - homosexual sin which is condemned in scripture.

It appears that the slithering Progressive Conservative leader Patrick Brown has finally managed to   flip   and then   flop   on Premier Kathleen Wynne’s radical sex education one last time. After winking and making friendly noises towards social conservatives when trying to secure the leadership of the party, he then rushed to declare his true allegiance by marching in a local Pride Parade at the earliest opportunity lest anyone should think he actually meant any of it. Now he has come firmly out of the closet and affirmed that no, he doesn’t think that there is any reason to oppose the mandatory state sex education  opposed by tens of thousands of parents .
