The ACT may become the first Australian jurisdiction to legalise same-sex marriage, or put another way promote grievous immorality as righteousness. To say to God your laws and moral do not apply to us.

The ACT Government will introduce legislation during the spring sittings of the Legislative Assembly to establish the Territory Same-sex Marriage Act.

Same-sex couples in the ACT have been able to register their civil partnership since 2008, and last year a bill was passed to reinstate legally binding ceremonies.

But the ACT Government wants to go further and give full marriage equality to same-sex couples.

The Federal Government argues it has the sole responsibility for marriage laws, but ACT Attorney-General Simon Corbell says he is confident the Territory has the authority to go further.

Even though South Australia lost the vote last week, ACT arrogantly state "we have advice that such a scheme is possible, constitutionally in the ACT, to provide same-sex couples the highest level of equality," he said.

What is the highest level of equality? Destroying marriage for everybody. Even if this were to succeed, do they really believe it will bring equality from obscene immorality and the most grievious sin of homosexuality?

Christian baker must make ‘wedding’ bakes for gay couples, court rules

DENVER, CO ,  – A Colorado board has ruled that a Christian business owner must make wedding cakes for homosexual "marriages" despite his religious objections. Business owner Jack Phillips came under legal fire in 2012, when he refused to bake a cake for Dave Mullins and Charlie Craig , who had traveled to Massachusetts for a marriage license, and wanted to celebrate in their home state. They sued on the basis of a state law that prevents the application of religious beliefs if one owns a business. The Commission's ruling, which was issued verbally on Friday, orders Phillips to report every three months for the next two years on anti-discrimination training for his staff, and any customers who are refused service at his establishment.
