In the name of progressivism, we now have a male presidential candidate who has a husband, whom he publicly introduces and even kisses without shame, while millions of Americans applaud and approve .  And perhaps worse yet is that the shock effect has been so reduced that the rest of us are numb and desensitized to this most shameful and abominable behavior. And that's all it is: behavior. Have you seen this old quote from Gore Vidal? : "Actually, there is no such thing as a homosexual person, any more than there is such a thing as a heterosexual person. The fact is that the word "homosexual" wasn't invented until 1892, when a German book on sexual perversions was translated into English ( Psychopathia Sexualis  was the German book). Jewish leaders in the U.K. have stated that they will oppose educational authorities and not allow their schools to teach about homosexuals and other “lifestyles” that are “prohibited by the Torah.” Chinuch U.K., an organization that represents Britain’s main strictly Orthodox Jewish communities, has “issued a defiant challenge to the government by insisting their schools cannot discuss LGBT-related issues with pupils,” according to  The Jewish Chronicle . Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the traditional definition of marriage as being between a man and a woman should be added to the Russian constitution, adding that under his leadership Russia would not adopt terms such “parent number 1” and “parent number 2.” Putin made the comments last Thursday at a meeting to discuss Russian constitutional reform. During a discussion on family values in Russia, conservative lawmaker, Olga Batalina, said that some people would like the word “family” to be defined in the constitution as a “union of a man and a woman.”“We need to clarify some things. A marriage is a union of a man and woman,” Putin responded. “'A family is a different thing, but the idea is right and it should be supported. A British politician has claimed on national television that children are “born without sex.” Dawn Butler, a Labour Party MP and Shadow Secretary of State for Women and Equalities made the comment yesterday on the popular morning TV show Good Morning Britain (GMB) while discussing transgender issues. GMB presenter Richard Madeley asked Butler: "Do you think somebody that embraces transgender but nevertheless decides that there is a biological difference based on chromosomes, based on a penis that may not have been removed after surgery, are you saying that you think that person is transphobic?" A politician in Northern Ireland has pointed out that the new law legalizing same-sex “marriage” in the region will not allow civil registrars, hoteliers, florists, and wedding photographers to refuse their services for homosexual “weddings.”  The Northern Ireland (Executive Formation etc) Act 2019, the same piece of legislation that introduced new abortion laws into the region, has also legalized same-sex “marriage,” effective from January 13 of this year.   Same-sex “marriage” has been legal in the rest of the U.K. since 2013, but until last month had not been imposed on Northern Ireland. On January 20 the Northern Ireland Office (NIO), the U.K. Government department responsible for Northern Ireland affairs, launched a public consultation, focusing on questions around the freedom of various groups and individuals to opt-out of such ceremonies. President Donald Trump has tapped Richard Grenell, currently the United States ambassador to Germany, as acting director of National Intelligence, making him the first openly gay member of the White House Cabinet in history. As intelligence head, Grenell will oversee the nation’s seventeen spy agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Department of Homeland Security, and the intelligence arms of each branch of the U.S. military.
