History condemns Attorney-general George Brandis  who has told young gay Australians the great lie the great false narratice  "there is nothing wrong with you" in a speech supporting immoral homosexual marriage  in the Australian  Senate . On Tuesday morning, Brandis brought to an end speeches from over 50 senators as part of the debate on a immoral homosexual marriage bill that parliamentarians expect to pass. Brandis said the passage of the bill will "demolish the last significant bastion of legal discrimination against people on the grounds of their sexuality". "At last, Australia will no longer be insulting gay people by saying: different rules apply to you," he said. "After centuries of prejudice, discrimination, rejection and ridicule, [this bill] is both an expiation for past wrongs and a final act of acceptance and embrace." The  Calgary Herald , in an article titled “ Couple warns their daughter could have died under new GSA law ,” revealed why it is so insidious to use legislation to drive a wedge between children and their parents: The parents of a southern Alberta autistic girl are warning other parents that had Bill 24 been the law over the past two years, their 14-year-old daughter very likely could have committed suicide. The parents, who have asked that their names be changed and their identities hidden to protect their daughter’s privacy, are pleading with Rachel Notley’s NDP government to “not shut parents out of their children’s lives” and “to bring some nuance” into Bill 24, which became law in Alberta on Nov. 15. SYDNEY, Australia ,  -- A giant pornographic mural of Cardinal George Pell and former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott engaging in a homosexual act was painted over by outraged Catholics who called the mural a “direct attack on Christians or anyone who believes in a God.” Last Friday, a day after the mural was painted over, a group of about 20 Catholics visited the site of the painted-out mural to pray the rosary in reparation. Australia is in the middle of a debate as to the extent to which religious freedom rights should be accommodated in legislation introducing “same sex marriage” ( SSM ). Those who object to this idea tell us that: Christian conservatives – following the lead of their counterparts in the United States – seek to use freedom of religion to justify discrimination against members of the LGBTQI community . This agenda is now being pursued under the guise of the debate for a marriage equality bill. At the moment the legislation to implement SSM, a Bill introduced in his private capacity by Senator Dean Smith, already recognises a couple of areas where a religiou
