The Australian Medical journal posted the following study: The kids are OK: it is discrimination, not same-sex parents , that harms children. IS THIS THE COMPLETE PICTURE? Newspapers around Australia have promoted this Australian study. Their argument is stigma or discrimination harms kids of homosexual parents not homosexuality . It is call the -No Harm thesis. The study says 'overall the consensus is there is no harm" - the only harm is discrimination. Newspapers today quoted two Melbourne researchers in the middle of the gay marriage debate - discrimination or stigma effect the mental health of kids of gay parents not homosexuality.  Every newspaper than ran with the same story as a press release from the Australian medical Journal. Is this true? Discrimination, not same-sex parents, harms children.  Today , Australian newspapers stretched research to imply that stigma not gay parents harm kids. Newspapers used that line to blame "No" campaign for mental health degradation of children of homosexuals parents. What is the basis for journalists making this claim?  Medical Journal of Australia says: "13 specialists, who include Professor Frank Oberklaid from the Murdoch Children's Research Institute , and Associate Professor Michelle Telfer, from the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne said - "The research tells us that children and adolescents with same-sex parents are doing well, despite the discrimination (stigma) their families endure. Once again, ABC Australia is blaming the church, but more precisely pastors for homosexual poor mental health. As usual the ABC spends time interviewing one Church leader who is bisexual from the Uniting church then another 'progressive' Baptist Pastor who disregards historical biblical interpretation on the sin of homosexuality and personally reinterprets homosexuality as a blessing of God .  The problem with the article written by Sarah Malik is that it shows little understanding of the scriptures, ignores the presence of a Godly conscience, misunderstands the power of sin even the existence of sin, the blindness of sin, the rebellion against God word and lastly the abandonment by God for homosexual behavior as outlined in Romans 1.  All of these actions, are identical to any person who sins intentionally or unintentionally against the will of God.
