Prime Minister Justin Trudeau appeared at the Toronto Gay Pride Parade waving a Canadian flag with the vertical red bars replaced by the rainbow stripes of the LGBTQ movement. “It’s disturbing to see the flag put to such a use,” Rod Taylor, head of the Christian Heritage Party said. “He is showing disrespect for all the Canadians who disagree with him on the gay agenda. A high-profile gay Youtube personality who claims he suffered a violent “hate crime” actually hurt himself while in jail for vandalism, Los Angeles police are saying. And now they have charged him with filing a false police report over the alleged incident. According to the LAPD, they responded to YouTuber Calum McSwiggan’s report of being assaulted after leaving a West Hollywood nightclub early Monday and “were unable to substantiate the assault.” The police subsequently arrested McSwiggan after he   allegedly vandalized a car . The police maintain that he had no visible injuries at the time of his arrest; his booking photo shows no visible injuries, either. After his arrest, he was held alone in a cell. According to the LAPD, McSwiggan was hospitalized after they discovered him using a payphone in the cell to harm himself. The Halton Catholic school board voted four to one Tuesday night to adopt a policy update on disciplining students for “homophobia … and harassment on the basis of sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation” which critics say will see students suspended or expelled for stating Catholic teaching on homosexuality and gender theory.   The vote itself was a procedural violation since trustees had already voted down the “progressive discipline” policy update last month by a vote of 4 to 3. Trustee Anthony Danko argued vehemently at the June 21 meeting — to no avail — that to reintroduce the policy in the same session was a breach of procedure, according to a report by Tanya Granic Allen, President of Parents As First Educators (PAFE). National Surveys Show Decline in Support for Same-sex 'Marriage' We reported last week about the phenomenal change in public opinion concerning the public's support for same-sex 'marriage' as documented by a national survey conducted by the Associated Press/Gfk .
