A wedding business has taken out a double-page ad to tell homosexual people to find another venue that will take their booking, after a same-sex couple inquired about their service. Bob and Genie Flournoy rent out their picturesque mansion and run a bed and breakfast in East Texas for wedding celebrations. But their business, Texas Forest Country Weddings, felt the need to advertise that it will not support any ‘perversion of marriage’ after a gay couple inquired about using their facilities. The advert, printed in local publication Journey Magazine, said: ‘Our Christian faith demands that we not participate in homosexual, transgender or any other perversion of marriage.  ‘If you disagree with our stance on marriage, please respect our Christian belief and have your wedding elsewhere.’ Bob recently appeared on local TV station , KTRE-TV , to defend the advert that was published back in July. A Michigan school district has stopped the practice of allowing members of one biological sex to use the restrooms of the opposite sex after parents pulled their two sons out of elementary school over the issue. Last week, Matt Stewart's nine-year-old son told him, "There was   a girl in the boys’ bathroom " with him and other male elementary kids.  When Stewart called the school, the principal told him the Obama administration's federal guidance on transgender students forced them to allow transgender students in the bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers of their chosen gender, and not their biological sex. Violating the policy means losing federal funding. Stewart talked it over with his wife, and they decided to take their sons out of Southwest Elementary School in Howell, Michigan . Openly homosexual pastor Jordan Brown filed a lawsuit claiming that a Whole Foods in Austin added an anti-gay slur to a cake he ordered. Now, the chain has launched a lawsuit alleging he lied about the whole incident. Brown said he asked for a cake that said "Love Wins," but after he left the store he discovered the cake said "Love Wins Fag." In a lawsuit filed within hours of buying the cake on Monday, Brown said he was seeking damages and monetary relief for   mental anguish, court costs and other expenses . Whole Foods Market quickly produced a surveillance video disputing his story. “Our team member wrote 'Love Wins' at the top of the cake as requested by the guest, and that's exactly how the cake was packaged and sold at the store,” Whole Foods Marketing Field Associate Rachel Malish responded. "Our team members do not accept or design bakery orders that include language or images that are offensive," Malish said.  "

The study, conducted by LaCour and Columbia University professor Donald Green and published in the magazine Science last December, claimed that activists could swing people to support same-sex “marriage” in the span of 20 minutes by one personal conversation. Further, the study alleged, the results of these conversations would not only last for a year, but also spread to members of the converts' households. Green repudiated the study in late May of this year after other researchers failed to reproduce its conclusions. Science officially retracted the study on May 28. After the retraction, LaCour released a 23-page-long statement in which he apologized for "errors in design, implementation, and data collection"
