Pro-gay scholars seek evidence of non-harm, of children. The AIFS author states it  is not possible to sustain a claim frequently made, that there are no differences between children raised in same-sex and heterosexual parented families  (Amato, 2012; Biblarz & Savci, 2010; Biblarz & Stacey , 2010; Eggebeen, 2012; Goldberg , 2010; Marks, 2012; Regnerus, 2012; Stacey & Biblarz, 2001). As  reported  by  The Daily Mail , for approximately $500 women will be able to find anonymous sperm donors . The database will allow searches for a variety of characteristics, including ethnicity, weight, religion, and hobbies. The sperm bank is being funded by over $120,000 in taxpayer dollars, in addition to approximately $200,000 given to the National Gamete Donation Trust (NGDT). While critics such as Rochester ’s former Anglican bishop , Michael Nazir-Ali , say the bank puts the welfare of the child second to preferences of parents, NGDT's chief executive said that the bank is responding to demand from "same-sex couples and single women." CHILLICOTHE, MO, – A Missouri priest ordained last May is being raked over the media coals for upholding Catholic Church teaching on homosexuality after he denied Communion to a woman that he discovered has been in a long-term lesbian relationship. Father Benjamin Kneib of Saint Columban Catholic Church in Chillicothe found out that two women in his parish, Carol Parker and Josephine Martin, were lesbians and had cohabited for nearly twenty years when he saw the obituary notice for Parker’s mother. This is an article that appears in the SMH and AGE. You check the studies that are being quoted by the author Deb Dempsey and you note straight away that all these studies are "self reporting" surveys where the participants are not compared, to general non- homosexual data, nor is the collection of data being done by a third party. They do acknowledge this issue in a highlighted box, quoting several researchers who have questioned this method but then, the authors moves on and simply ignores it.  The journalist believes what she is fed.  So there is no surprise here in this false report. You look closer again at the background, books, articles, symposiums attended, presentations of the author of the AIFS, and you see the problem of lack of neutrality on this topic.  the AIFS statement is skewed. ..................................................................................................... First Corinthians 6:9   mentions effeminate men, very likely referring to homosexuals, but does not mention lesbians. So, does the Bible in fact condemn male homosexuality , but not lesbianism? The Massachusetts Supreme Court has not yet declared that "day" shall now be construed to include that which was formerly known as "night," but it might as well. By declaring that homosexual couples are denied their constitutional rights by being forbidden to " marry ," it is treading on the same ground. Do you want to know whose constitutional rights are being violated? Everybody's. Because no constitution in the United States has ever granted the courts the right to make vast, sweeping changes in the law to reform society.
