Pro-homosexual groups   New Ways Ministry ,   Dignity USA ,   Fortunate Families   and Call to Action , calling themselves “ Equally Blessed ” as a coalition, had planned to use the parish center of Saint John the Evangelist Church in downtown Philadelphia for a “supplemental conversation” to the   Catholic event ,   according   to the Philadelphia Inquirer . August 11, 2015 -- A homosexual activist group called Pink Cross, the umbrella organization of Swiss male homosexuals , has announced that it will file a lawsuit against Bishop Vitus Huonder of Chur, Switzerland . The organization claims that Huonder had publicly called for crimes against homosexuals by quoting the Book of Leviticus at a recent conference in Fulda, Germany . Bishop Huonder had given this talk on July 31 at a conservative Catholic conference organized by a lay organization, Forum Deutscher Katholiken, that is opposed to the proposals to change and liberalize the Catholic Church's moral teaching on marriage and the family. The conference, “Rejoicing in the Faith” (Freude am Glauben), published a  communiqué  in which it asks the pope and Synod Fathers to “find answers taken from the sources of knowledge of the Holy Scripture and the Church's Tradition which fill today's life reality of the faithful with new Christian spirit.” The conference com

Foundations pouring millions into campaign to eradicate religious exemptions on gay ‘marriage’

July 31, 2015  -- Revelations that a half dozen well-heeled liberal foundations are pouring millions of dollars into a concerted campaign to force religious organizations to accept same sex “marriage” have defenders of religious rights warning of a new “wave” of litigation. “Attacking religious exemptions is the next big wave,” Bill Donohue, head of the Catholic League , said “Gay rights are only the pretext. These groups won’t be satisfied till every trace of religion is erased from public life in America.” After investigating their financial and annual reports,   The Catholic News Agency   has released the names of six foundations that have recently donated millions to groups and campaigns to eliminate any religious exemption under the First Amendment from federal, state or municipal human rights regulations, requiring couples in same-sex “marriages” be treated the same as heterosexual married couples. The Evelyn & Walter Haas, Jr. Fund, the Gill Foundation , the Prot

Intolerant Governor orders Christians to signs homosexual marriage licenses

Image
English: Governor of Kentucky Steve Beshear at the Fancy Farm picnic in Fancy Farm, Kentucky. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) The governor of Kentucky has a stark message for county clerks across the state: Either issue homosexual "marriage" licenses or lose your job. Governor Steve Beshear , a Democrat, refuses to make any consessions for religious freedom, or to protect the consciences of those who believe in natural marriage. Beshear issued a statement saying that government employees "must recognize same-sex marriages as valid and allow them to take place." Casey Davis is a clerk whose religion teaches that it is unloving to facilitate homosexual sodomy or lesbian sexual activity. He is among the Kentucky clerks who are not issuing licenses to homosexuals for religious reasons. Gov. Beshear ordered Davis to issue homosexual licenses, or else he must quit. "'Issue marriage licenses or resign' — those were the words," Davis told reporters aft

When they come to destroy your business because you are pro-traditional family

English: Porlock Hardware, High Street, Porlock A traditional family run hardware shop. A hardware business has been run from these premises since 1935. http://www.porlock.co.uk/members/index.php?id=00114 (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) When they come to destroy your business because you are pro- traditional family I’ve been thinking about how homosexualists target Christian businesses for destruction.  Approach a florist or a bakery or, now, a pizzeria and tell the owner that this is for a homosexual “wedding” and then hammer them with law suits . Enough already.  It’s time for everyone to calm down. We need a new approach. Think about this. When some homosexual couple comes to your Christian business for services at their immoral event, don’t panic.  Go ahead and take their business! Then explain what is going to happen next. Tell them that the food and services will be just fine.  And then inform them that all of the money that they pay for the services will be dona

Roman Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-Saint Joseph (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) A former Catholic parish employee in Missouri is suing the Diocese of Kansas City -- St. Joseph two months after she was fired when the diocese learned she had "married" a female Lutheran minister. Colleen Simon says that a year after " marrying " Donna Simon in Iowa, she took the position as Director of Social Concerns for St. Francis Xavier . According to Simon, her relationship was not an issue for the former and current pastors of St. Francis. However, once Colleen and Donna were highlighted by a local publication, Bishop Robert Finn  became aware of her relationship  and told St. Francis' pastor to terminate her employment. In a public statement sent to LifeSiteNews, the diocese said that while it "has not seen the filing," it reserved "the right to live and operate according to our faith and Church teachings." "We regret this situation ha

PORTLAND, OR , February 11, 2014– A Portland catering company is being sued for $518,000 by a former employee who alleges her coworkers would not stop referring to her as a woman even after she asked them to stop, reports  The Oregonian . Valeria Jones, the lawsuit’s plaintiff, identifies herself as “gender neutral,” according to the suit.  When she applied to work at the Bon Appetit Management Company , a corporate catering service , she says she purposely left the boxes beside “male” and female” on the application form unchecked, but the company never mentioned the omission.  Jones claims her coworkers repeatedly referred to her as “miss,” “lady,” and “little lady” even after she told them she believes she is “not a female or a male” and asked them to use gender neutral words when speaking to or about her.  According to the suit, her coworkers failed to do so, insisting that she “looked like a woman” and comparing her to a female celebrity whom they believed looked similar

NYTimes: Judge Says Suit to Void Gay Marriage Act May Proceed

Image
Image via Wikipedia Harshly criticizing Gov.  Andrew M. Cuomo  for the tactics he used to win approval of same-sex  marriage , a state judge has ruled that a  lawsuit  challenging the enactment of  New York ’s Marriage Equality Act can proceed. Acting  Justice  Robert B. Wiggins of  State Supreme Court  in Livingston County, in the  Finger Lakes region , wrote that it was possible that the  Republican  majority in the State Senate had violated the state’s open meetings law as it discussed whether to bring the marriage bill to a vote. His ruling offered a flash of hope for the conservative group that filed the lawsuit, New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms, which is asking the court to overturn the marriage law  and nullify the weddings that have been performed under it. ... Justice Wiggins was particularly critical of the governor’s use of a procedural maneuver that allowed legislators to vote on the Marriage Equality Act immediately after the bill was drafted, rather than waiting
