Revisionist say homosexuality natural - Scripture says no!

Objection Stated Paul did not know about “inversion” or the allegedly “natural” occurrence of homosexuality. Biblical Response There are two things to be noted in response to this assertion—an assertion that is, truly, at the bottom of almost every argument on the part of revisionists. The first is the unspoken, but foundational, assumption that the Scriptures are limited in their capacity and hence authority to the knowledge and experience of the human authors by which they were delivered to us.   The second is more overt: Paul did not know about “inversion” or the allegedly “natural” occurrence of homosexuality. Let’s begin with the second objection. Paul came from Tarsus, a major city in the Roman empire. He was well trained, a learned man, familiar with Roman and Greek culture. He was obviously widely read in the literature of the day as well. Therefore, the assumption that he did not know of people who professed to be homosexual as their primary “orientation” is simply f

Australia: The refusal to provide for same-sex marriage does not breach the right to equality and non-discrimination

A shock outcome emerged during the release of the much anticipated Report of the Senate Inquiry into the Commonwealth Government’s Exposure Draft of the Marriage Amendment (Same-Sex Marriage) Bill. To the surprise of many, the Committee – comprising Coalition, Labor, Greens and NXT Senators – agreed on unprecedented commitments to religious freedom. Many of these would apply outside of the context of same-sex marriage and reach beyond current protections. The Inquiry was not addressing the question of whether same-sex marriage should be introduced into law. This is an outcome that has been largely overlooked in the mainstream media, but will certainly inform future Parliamentary debate. A close reading of the report is difficult to reconcile with widely-reported claims that it represents a consensus for change to the definition of marriage. To the contrary, the Inquiry was not addressing the question of whether same-sex marriage should be introduced into law. It was established onl

Hollywood, LGBTQ activists in la-la land after pro-homosexual ‘Moonlight’ wins Best Picture

MOONLIGHT A DECEITFUL POLITICAL HOMOSEXUAL MOVIE  Moonlight , a low-budget, “homosexual ” coming-of-age movie about a poor, bullied, black boy with a drug-addicted mother, surprisingly won Best Picture at the Academy Awards on Sunday night, giving homosexual activists a propaganda victory as well. Once again Hollywood seeks to serve the immoral homosexual agenda. In addition to winning Best Picture, after a mistake in which   La La Land   was first announced as the winner,   Moonlight   won for Best Supporting Actor (Mahershala Ali) and Best Writing Adapted Screenplay ( Tarell Alvin McCraney and Barry Jenkins ). In accepting the award, both Jenkins and McCraney got political: “All you people who feel like there’s no mirror for you, the Academy has your back, the ACLU has your back, we have your back, and for the next four years, we will not forget you,” Jenkins said, in what   Variety   described as his addressing the alleged “rollback of civil rights by the Trump admi

LGBTQ lobby hate religious exemptions - want to force the immorality

It is no wonder Australia's PM M. Turnbull is loosing votes when he attend the annual immoral debauchery call Gay Pride Parade in Sydney - does he not think? The day after Valentine's Day , there was an apparent outbreak of love in Parliament amongst Senators on opposite sides of the same-sex marriage debate. There had been a meeting of minds and hearts, it seemed. Consensus had been reached on a pathway forward for so called "marriage equality", it was asserted. The trigger for this goodwill and warm feelings was the tabling of a Senate Select Committee report examining the potential impacts of redefining marriage on religious freedom. It was significant that it was tabled without the usual dissenting report attached. Labor, Greens, Liberal and Nationals Senators had agreed that some religious freedom should be protected and that Australians who were not professional pastors would have their rights and freedoms impacted should marriage law ever change. Consequ

UN agency paid to promotes ‘LGBT rights’ for students

With a new  publication , UNESCO has joined the list of UN agencies advocating for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender lies and agenda. The report advocates inserting LGBT materials into public school curriculum worldwide by means of a UN General Assembly mandate aimed against bullying. Last May, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) launched “ Out in the Open ,” a first-ever survey on “Education sector responses to violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity/expression.” Generously supported by the government of the Netherlands , the report claims that “LGBT students” report a higher prevalence of violence at school than their non-LGBT peers. In particular, the authors argue that “students who are perceived not to conform to prevailing sexual and gender norms, including those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (LGBT), are more vulnerable.” The study uses controversial data provided by LGBT advoca
