A British doctor has committed the unpardonable sin. He is guilty of medical heresy. He has transgressed the sacred lines of revisionist science. Surely a man like this must be punished. And punished he shall be. What exactly was the crime of Dr. David Mackereth, who had worked for the National Health Services for 26 years? He dared to affirm that sex is biologically determined. Yes, that was his terrible transgression. As the headline in the Daily Mail states, “Christian doctor is SACKED by the Government for refusing to identify patients by their preferred gender because he believes sex is established at birth.” What in the world was he thinking? How could be so foolish as to believe that a biological male is different than a biological female? Florists and bakers are being charged with illegal discrimination. State governments won’t let them decline to service same-sex marriage ceremonies. They were exercising their freedom of conscience. Some were also exercising their freedom of religion. Did it matter to the state? No. Next to be hit with these charges? Lawyers. The relevant part of the new rule changes the section titled “Maintaining The Integrity Of The Profession.” It defines “professional misconduct.” The rule forbids engaging in “harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or socioeconomic status in conduct related to the practice of law.” (The new language is italicized.) Homosexuals are so blinded by their own self-justification that they cannot understand what is harmful about sexualizing children, according to commentator-journalist Chad Felix Greene . Couples will no longer be forced to divorce if one partner wishes to change the sex recorded on his or her official documents. The Victorian government has introduced legislation to make it easier for transexual, gender diverse and intersex people to get new birth certificates that accurately record their gender. Currently, if a person in a heterosexual marriage changes gender and wants a new birth certificate to reflect that, he or she will need a divorce first because same-sex marriage is illegal.  Transgenderism is deemed to be a mental health issue in that people are confused regarding their identity. Rather than seeking mental healing this Government is celebrating mental confusion because it is one plank of the LGBTI agenda.  But under an amendment to Victoria’s Births, Deaths and Marriages Act introduced to the parliament on Thursday, couples will no longer be forced to divorce if one partner wishes to apply to change the sex recorded on his or her birth registration.

A confused transgender 16-year-old boy from Wisconsin filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday alleging that his school district violated his civil rights by refusing to treat him as a boy, including by requiring him to use the girls’ bathroom, directing security guards to monitor his restroom use and repeatedly referring to him by his birth name and female pronouns. The complaint against the Kenosha Unified School District No. 1 was filed on the same day a transgender boy from Maryland filed a similar federal lawsuit, a sign of the intensifying legal battle over the rights of transgender students in the nation’s public schools.
