Arkansas Supreme Court considers striking down local LGBT law

Image
No to zealots from Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) immoral community Arkansas Supreme Court justices questioned Thursday whether a city’s ordinance banning discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity flies in the face of a 2015 state law that was intended to prevent local LGBT protections. An attorney for the state asked the court during oral arguments to strike down the anti-discrimination ordinance Fayetteville voters approved, saying it clearly violates the law from a few months earlier that intended to ban such ordinances. Fayetteville is among a handful of cities that approved varying protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in response to the state law. The 2015 law prevents cities and counties from approving anti-discrimination ordinances on a basis not contained in state law. Arkansas’ civil rights law does not include sexual orientation or gender identity, but a judge who upheld Fayetteville’s measure noted they’r

The LGBT fraud has been exposed, and they’re definitely not happy about it

Those who are setting our so-called “values”, such as the small but powerful group of academics, mainstream media, and homosexual activists, do so by attempting to impose strange myths and ideas that have no scientific basis. These myths include the one that homosexuals are “born that way”, can’t change, and must be accepted for “who they are”. Further, those claiming they are a different gender than that with which they were born, i.e. the transgendered, who “feel” they belong to other than their gender at birth, must be accepted as such. The public is supposed to put aside its intelligence and common sense, and respectfully bow collectively in obeisance to these “expert” opinions. These opinions, however, are complete and utter hogwash. We know instinctively that they are not authentic, or worthy of our belief. However, the myth-makers attempt to force their nonsense on us by the heavy hand of the law, claiming that it’s “discrimination” to refuse to accept the myths as t

Australia: Forgotten Children and Homosexual marriage

Image
One of America ’s leading public Christians and recognised by   Time Magazine   as a leader among evangelicals, he has just published his own book about the same-sex marriage crisis entitled   We Cannot Be Silent .  Until recently, there have been few Australian voices resisting this cultural tsunami and the foaming rainbow wash sweeping everything in its path.  It has fallen to a humble Toowoomba -based family GP , my friend Doctor David van Gend, to pen what is a damning indictment of the idea of redefining marriage in the Australian context.  Stealing from a Child – the injustice of ‘ marriage equality ’   is a very provocative title.  Doc, couldn’t you have toned it down a little, I wondered.  But the leaders of the successful Irish campaign to redefine marriage admitted in their book,   Ireland Says Yes , that our side’s concern for the right of children to be allowed to know the love and nurture of both their m

UK Judge sacked - by LGBT modern madness

A magistrate has been struck off after making controversial comments on national television.  Richard Page was reprimanded last year after questioning whether a same-sex couple would be the best choice of parents during an adoption case. The 69-year-old Christian, from Headcorn , said it was natural and in the interests of a child to be brought up by a mother and father. Magistrate Richard Page, from Headcorn, has been struck off After being reprimanded by the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) Mr Page, who made the comments behind closed doors, was sent on an equality course. The NHS manager, who has been a magistrate on the Central Kent Bench covering Maidstone and Sevenoaks for 15 years and has also been a foster parent , then took part in a BBC debate on whether Christians were being squeezed out of public life. "There is not sufficient evidence to convince me placing a child in the care of a same-sex couple can be as holistically beneficial to a

Christian could be fired for refusing to watch LGBT ‘inclusivity’ video

A Christian 's 14-year career is being threatened because he refused to watch a training video on lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, transgender, and queer "diversity and inclusivity." In April, the Social Security Administration announced all employees must be trained in LGBTQ "diversity and inclusively." Longtime information technology employee David Hall, whose Christian convictions do not consider sodomy healthy or normal or good for people, believed that the “training” was against his sincerely held beliefs. Specifically, Hall, 42, was told by his superiors to view a 17-minute video that includes "tips for increasing cultural awareness in a diverse and inclusive environment." Hall refused, explaining that the training endorses sinful behavior. "I'm not going to certify sin," he   explained   to WCIA-TV . Because he refused to participate in the LGBTQ agenda training, Hall was officially reprimanded and then suspended with

How to lie: Obama in the UK: ‘Some’ people who support bathroom privacy laws are ‘good people’

Official photographic portrait of US President Barack Obama (born 4 August 1961; assumed office 20 January 2009) (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) President Obama denounced laws in North Carolina and Mississippi during a trip to Great Britain, adding that “some” of the people who support those laws are good people. Of course Obama's definition of good is to be questioned.  The UK Foreign Office has issued a travel advisory to LGBT British citizens visiting North Carolina and Mississippi after those states passed new laws - one restricting  restrooms and shower   facilities to   members of the same biological sex   and another respecting religious freedom . During a press conference last Friday with Prime Minister David Cameron, Obama said the two are “beautiful states” full of “wonderful people,” where visitors from Great Britain would be treated with "extraordinary hospitality." However, “the laws that have been passed there are wrong and should be overturned.” Th

How a powerful gay lobby group orchestrated the Big Business pressure campaign against North Carolina

Image
The media has made a big deal during the last week about various business interests coming out in opposition to the passage of House Bill 2 , North Carolina’s Bathroom Safety and Privacy Bill. These actions have left many across the state and nation befuddled and scratching their heads. Why are some executives with Fortune 1,000 companies and other businesses speaking out against the bill, which essentially reiterates existing state policy and includes a number of overtly pro-business provisions? And why is the president of a national LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) activist group, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), delivering an opposition letter to N.C. Governor Pat McCrory on behalf of these business interests just days after the bill passed? While LGBT activist groups would like for us all to believe this was a spontaneous uprising of indignation among the state and national business community, a closer examination reveals that it is actually part of a carefu

Governor Deal buries Christian Pastors so LGBT sin can blossom

Deal buries Pastors so LGBT sin can rule Moron  member of the United States House of Representatives. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) As you know, Georgia Governor Nathan Deal has become the latest example of a cowardly Republican who has thrown people of faith to the wolves by vetoing extremely modest religious liberty legislation (HB 757) that would have protected pastors, churches and religious groups from having to participate in same-sex 'weddings' or host them in their facilities. Deal's action makes it open season on Christians, churches and other people of faith who do not want to be personally forced to be a part of a same-sex ceremony that they oppose on religious grounds. Deal kowtowed to wealthy corporate interests who had already severely watered down the legislation by removing most of the needed protections, and then he showed himself to be a corporate lackey when billionaire sports owners and big business chieftains demanded that he veto even this modes
