Democrats pass LGBT ‘non-discrimination’ rules for US House staff

Image
In another demonstration of the new majority’s priorities, Democrats passed new rules barring “discrimination” against “LGBT” staffers in the U.S. House of Representatives almost immediately after taking office. Proposed by Congressional LGBT Equality Caucus head Rep. David Cicilline, D-RI, the measure was part of a rules package passed on the first day of the new legislative session, the homosexual site  PinkNews   reports . The vote fell along party lines, 234 to 197. “The new requirements closely mirror employment protections that Cicilline has introduced as part of the Equality Act,” a  statement  from the openly homosexual congressman’s office elaborates, “his bipartisan, comprehensive bill to extend anti-discrimination protections to all LGBT Americans.” The so-called  Equality Act  would amend the 1964 Civil Rights Act to add “sex,” “sexual orientation,” and “gender identity” to “non-discrimination” categories in “public accommodations,” and forbid employers from “discri

Loaded LGBTQ: Outgoing Human Rights Campaign President Chad Griffin to Leave Behind $500,000+ Salary

Image
Folks, I sent this email to pro-family activists after learning that Chad Griffin, the president of the world’s leading LGBTQ lobby group,  Human Rights Campaign  (HRC), is stepping down next year.  Turns out there’s some resentment among grassroots “gay” activists at HRC’s enormous salaries and spending priorities (Griffin made  $507,000 in 2013 ): Wow, and we wonder why we’re losing: outgoing HRC President Chad Griffin was making $500,000/yr. plus benefits. (The same HRC spent a whopping $26 million in the midterms  influencing 6 battleground states, including AZ where it backed victorious self-declared “bisexual” Kyrsten Sinema.) This email [below] is from a grassroots gay activist who is resentful toward HRC for sucking up all the gay donor $$$. It seems to me that the  LGBTQueer  lobby has created such a powerful money machine, including hundreds of millions of dollars extracted from pandering corporations, that it doesn’t even know how to spend it all.  –Peter LaBarb

Over 150 LGBTQ candidates claim victory in midterm elections

Image
More than 150 LGBTQ candidates emerged victorious with their sexual sin in the midterms as of Friday afternoon. “From the U.S. Congress to governors’ mansions to state legislatures and city councils, we are making historic inroads and growing our political power in ways unimaginable even a few years ago,” former Houston Mayor Annise Parker, now the president and CEO of the Victory Institute and Victory Fund, said in a statement sent to NBC News. “We shattered lavender ceilings, achieved historic firsts and brought more LGBTQ representation to legislative bodies across the nation, which will help push equality forward.” SEXUAL IMMORALITY TYRANTS WILL SOON RULE THE USA Four LGBTQ candidates ran for governor, all Democrats, and two are projected to win. In Colorado, with 99 percent of the votes in as of Friday afternoon, NBC News reported that Jared Polis is ahead of his Republican challenger, Walker Stapleton, with more than 52 percent for the vote. Polis is set to become the first

California law forces Meals on Wheels to ask elderly recipients if they’re gay or trans

Image
Meals on Wheels programs around the world help feed elderly people and others physically incapable of obtaining or preparing their own meals, but California recipients have started receiving something less welcome with their service: grilling about their sexual attraction and “gender identity.” On Tuesday, the Sacramento Bee highlighted the experience of Carol Alexander, an 83-year-old recipient who was taken aback by a recent phone call from Sacramento County’s Meals on Wheels program, asking questions including “What is your sex,” “Do you still associate with your gender,” and “Are you heterosexual?” “I was in shock. I took offense to that,” said Alexander. “I’m ticked off. Why do they ask an 83-year-old this?” The questions were mandated by the state’s LGBT Disparities Reduction Act, signed by Democrat Gov. Jerry Brown, which took effect in July. The law requires meal-delivery services to present sexual and gender minorities (SGM) survey questions to recipients, in order to conduc

Ex-gay porn actor: Gay Marriage doesn't bring peace or relief

English: Protesters gathered inside the state capitol building in St. Paul, Minnesota, to protest against the upcoming vote by the Minnesota House of Representatives to put an anti-gay marriage amendment on the 2012 election ballot. Homosexuals have no interest in homosexual marriage

Back in the early 1990s, when I was an out and proud gay man , I saw this same thing happen with DADT [Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy] in the military. It became a political rallying-cry in which the gay community could lock-step behind; even though this policy affected relatively very few gay men or women. Now, the concept of gay marriage has been successfully fused with that of

Dispose of Democrats and Homosexual marriage

Right now the Democrats under Harry Reid control 55 of the 100 US Senate seats , while the GOP controls 45 seats. Thus, the GOP needs a pick-up of six seats to take control of the US Senate. Control of the US House is expected to remain with the Republicans. Of the 35 US Senate seats up in 2014, Democrats hold 21 seats and Republicans hold 14. None of the Republican-held seats are considered to be in serious jeopardy. However, five Democrats are retiring, and they are all possible pick-up seats for the GOP (Iowa, Michigan , Montana, South Dakota and West Virginia). Moreover, a number of other very vulnerable seats are up for grabs in conservative or swing states (e.g. Alaska, Arkansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire , North Carolina, New Mexico , Virginia, etc.). That means the Republicans need to win six of the 13 most contested seats — or less than half — to get to the magic number of 51. What would it mean if we had 51 US senators who supported marriage as the union of on

Is opposition to homosexual marriage hate speech?

Image
This assertion is utter nonsense, but unfortunately it carries the force of law in some countries that have adopted same-sex marriage. In fact, speech codes and “hate-crime” legislation seem to follow the approval of same-sex marriage. In Canada and Sweden, for example, speech is already restricted against homosexuality to the point that even pastors have been fined or jailed for quoting Bible verses ! 73   In the United States , Democrats continually put forth “hate-crime” legislation which may lead to the same result. 74 Why do advocates of “hate-crime” legislation ignore the fact that  all  crimes are “hate” crimes (there are certainly no “love” crimes)? And why do they ignore the fact that  all  people—including homosexuals—are already protected equally under existing criminal law?  Perhaps it’s because they are not really concerned with equal protection, fairness, or truth—they seek special protection because it will validate homosexual behavior. In other words, hate-crime legi

Hawaii Democrats ram immoral homosexual marriage against wishes of poplation and huge street protests

Image
Marriage Day (Photo credit: Fikra ) Even though their Hawai legislators betrayed them in Hawaii and Illinois — the people continue to stand up and demand that marriage , religious liberties , and the rights of children be defended! In Hawaii, thousands came to the capital to testify in defense of marriage and religious liberty, and at least ten thousand people rallied outside the capital to let their legislators know, in no uncertain terms, that voters support marriage as the union of one man and one woman. And now, one courageous representative is even challenging the new law in court — demanding that the people have the final say on marriage. There is a silver lining now that Hawaii has voted to redefine marriage against the people's wishes: same-sex 'marriage' activists have run out of easy targets. This was the last state where Democrats held the governorship and both houses of the Legislature — the only type of state where they have been able to prevail by l

Union leaders line up behind same-sex ‘marriage,’ Obama

Image
WASHINGTON, D.C. ,– Although their membership is evenly split, 90 percent of all union contributions go to the Democratic Party . Now, as it has become a wedge issue in the 2012 presidential campaign, a number of the nation’s largest unions have endorsed same-sex “marriage.” The UAW , AFL-CIO , SEIU, AFSCME , and other top unions have  issued statements supporting same-sex “marriage.”  Many state-level unions have followed suit, particularly in states like  Maryland , where the issue is on the ballot this November. While some unions have backed gay nuptials for a few years, others, such as the UAW,  announced  their support only after President Barack Obama announced his position had changed on the issue. Obama, who had previously opposed redefining marriage, changed his views in May in response to mounting pressure from the homosexual lobby and,  in his words , the role of religion and conversations with his teenage daughters about the issue. Since then, same-sex “m

Obama & Democrats are wrong on Homosexual Marriage

You and I know that marriage is not a partisan issue. We are Democrats , Republicans and Independents, coming together to support something bigger than party: God 's own truth about marriage. Sadly, though, the Democrat party this week officially and formally became the party of gay marriage . Yet, apparently still fearing public backlash over some issues, Democrat party leaders reversed the effort to strip the word "God" from the platform, and they put the word "Jerusalem" back in the party platform , to widely spread boos and catcalls from their delegates and audience during a questionable voice vote. Still, they nevertheless unhesitatingly  adopted gay marriage  as core to their party platform: Freedom to Marry .  We support the right of all families to have equal respect, responsibilities, and protections under the law. We support marriage equality and support the movement to secure equal treatment under law for same-sex couples. We also suppo

Democrats’ same-sex ‘marriage’ plank may swing election for Romney: Huckabee, others

Image
WASHINGTON, D.C. , August 2, 2012 ( LifeSiteNews.com ) – The Democratic Party’s decision to  adopt a platform embracing same-sex “marriage”  “may end up sinking” the party, and hand Mitt Romney the issue he needs to energize Republican voters in the fall, according to one of his former rivals. Former presidential candidate Mike Huckabee told AFR Talk’s “Today’s Issues” yesterday the Democrats’ formal support for marriage redefinition “will be the best thing that’s ever happened to the Republican Party , especially in the South and the Midwest.” “If there was any vestige of the Democrat Party in some of these areas, this may end up sinking the ship,” he told the hosts.    A Quinnipiac poll shows the constituency known as “ Reagan Democrats ” – whites without a college education – favor Romney over Obama by 20 points, 53 percent to 33 percent. Political scientist Larry Sabato has said “those Reagan Democrats have long since become operational Republicans.” But pundits
