The outrageous action of a federal judge who has imprisoned Kentucky clerk Kim Davis for not wishing to personally being involved in certifying a same-sex 'marriage' because doing so violates her Christian beliefs.  This was a lawless ruling by the judge! Federal law requires government to seek a reasonable accommodation for officials who have religious objections to things like this, but the judge ignored Kim's pleas to find an accommodation. Instead, he sent her to jail and ordered her employees to issue gay 'marriage' licenses that bear her name. We must stand up to this judicial tyranny!   Kim Davis did not pick this fight with gay activists; she has been working hard to attempt to resolve a conflict that was created when the US Supreme Court illegitimately ruled last June that every state in the nation must license same-sex 'marriages.' I'm pleased to let you know that Kim Davis , the Christian clerk in Kentucky, has been released from jail ! This is a great development, made possible because of the groundswell of support from hundreds of thousands of Americans across the country who rallied to her side. I am extremely proud of all the NOM supporters who stood with me and our allies, helping create this groundswell of support. While we are thrilled that Kim is out of jail and back home with her family, it's too soon to know if the case is resolved because the rogue federal judge who ordered her to jail in the first instance has told her she cannot interfere with deputy clerks who are issuing same-sex ' marriage ' licenses in her name. This is wrong! The state of Kentucky has an obligation to provide clerks like her the ability to not be personally complicit in the lie of same-sex 'marriage' which violates her religious beliefs. As Kim has asked since the beginning, and we have echoed,

So if she  could not, in good conscience, issue marriage licenses  to same-sex couples, why didn’t Kim Davis resign from her job as county clerk? I’m not privy to her reasoning, but I have my own reasons why she should not be expected to resign. Suppose a building inspector is asked to approve construction under a new code, and he firmly believes that the new buildings will be unsafe. If he cannot convince his superiors to amend the code, he should resign; he cannot carry out his responsibilities in good conscience.
