The county clerk who threatened to challenge Kim Davis's stance against participating in licensing homosexual "marriage" has accused her of invalidating her office's marriage license forms in violation of a court order . Rowan County Deputy Clerk Brian Mason 's lawyer told a federal judge Friday that Davis is trying to sidestep the court's order that she not interfere with the issuing of marriage licenses to same-sex couples by amending the forms and apparently making them invalid. "Mr. Mason's concern is he does not want to be the party that is issuing invalid marriage licenses and he is trying to follow the court's mandate as well as his superior ordering him to issue only these changed forms," Richard Hughes said in a CNN report . Love wins? Developments in both the US and Canada related to family life and the LBGTQ , etc. movement are becoming ominous. The rage and hatred of those who are determined to force everyone to accept their unnatural sexual lifestyles and dangerous behaviors has been let loose. The outrageous action of a federal judge who has imprisoned Kentucky clerk Kim Davis for not wishing to personally being involved in certifying a same-sex 'marriage' because doing so violates her Christian beliefs.  This was a lawless ruling by the judge! Federal law requires government to seek a reasonable accommodation for officials who have religious objections to things like this, but the judge ignored Kim's pleas to find an accommodation. Instead, he sent her to jail and ordered her employees to issue gay 'marriage' licenses that bear her name. I'm pleased to let you know that Kim Davis , the Christian clerk in Kentucky, has been released from jail ! This is a great development, made possible because of the groundswell of support from hundreds of thousands of Americans across the country who rallied to her side. I am extremely proud of all the NOM supporters who stood with me and our allies, helping create this groundswell of support. While we are thrilled that Kim is out of jail and back home with her family, it's too soon to know if the case is resolved because the rogue federal judge who ordered her to jail in the first instance has told her she cannot interfere with deputy clerks who are issuing same-sex ' marriage ' licenses in her name. This is wrong! The state of Kentucky has an obligation to provide clerks like her the ability to not be personally complicit in the lie of same-sex 'marriage' which violates her religious beliefs. I’m not privy to her reasoning, but I have my own reasons why she should not be expected to resign. Ordinarily, when a public official faces a crisis of conscience, the cause is either a change of responsibilities or a change of heart. Suppose a building inspector is asked to approve construction under a new code, and he firmly believes that the new buildings will be unsafe. If he cannot convince his superiors to amend the code, he should resign; he cannot carry out his responsibilities in good conscience. Or suppose (to use an example borrowed from a friend) an executioner experiences a religious conversion, and decides that capital punishment is immoral.
