Trump must change this law - now!

Image
With the nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch , Trump has fulfilled one of his central campaign promises, which 1 in 5 voters said was the most important issue: appoint Scalia-like judges to the Supreme Court . Skeptics like me were wrong on this. Trump’s judicial appointment is a cause for celebration, and it will pay dividends for generations to come. Obama decisions still stand that threaten the liberties of traditional religious believers with federal lawsuits that could cripple church institutions. What we don’t know yet is whether Trump will use his power to overturn key Obama decisions that threaten the liberties of traditional religious  believers with federal lawsuits that could cripple church institutions. The signs this week were troubling: the  mere rumor  that Trump was considering signing an executive order on religious liberty produced an LGBT backlash large enough the Trump administration felt obliged to announce it would not repeal Pres. Obama ’s execut

Religious Freedom or LGBTQ Extremists

speaking at CPAC in Washington D.C. on February 10, 2011. (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) The issue of religious liberty is one of the most important for people of faith , who happen to be the key voting block most responsible for electing Donald Trump as president. Evangelicals voted over 80% for Mr. Trump, and Catholics went for him by 52%. Now it's time for the administration to act to protect people of faith from being discriminated against because of their faith. President Trump's aides have prepared an important Executive Order for the president to sign that will prevent the federal government from discriminating against people of faith. Under former President Obama , people of faith were denied access to government contracts, Christian colleges were threatened with having their accreditation stripped over things like student housing policies, and nonprofit groups were threatened with loss of tax exempt status for failure to endorse the agenda of LGBT extremists,

Arkansas Supreme Court considers striking down local LGBT law

Image
No to zealots from Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) immoral community Arkansas Supreme Court justices questioned Thursday whether a city’s ordinance banning discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity flies in the face of a 2015 state law that was intended to prevent local LGBT protections. An attorney for the state asked the court during oral arguments to strike down the anti-discrimination ordinance Fayetteville voters approved, saying it clearly violates the law from a few months earlier that intended to ban such ordinances. Fayetteville is among a handful of cities that approved varying protections for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in response to the state law. The 2015 law prevents cities and counties from approving anti-discrimination ordinances on a basis not contained in state law. Arkansas’ civil rights law does not include sexual orientation or gender identity, but a judge who upheld Fayetteville’s measure noted they’r

57 Proposed Laws shutting down LGBTQ Zealots to Start in 2017

LGBT immoral flag colors.  We are just weeks into the state legislative sessions of 2017, and there are already dozens of very good moral laws being proposed across the United States that would stop the immoral progress the militant LGBT community .  These bills tend to appear in moral conservative states, sponsored by Republican senators. Some of these bills are targeted at mentally confused transgender people— " bathroom bills " that would make it unlawful for trans people to use public restrooms—while other, bills allow  "religious freedom."  Alabama, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri , Oklahoma , South Carolina , South Dakota , Texas, Virginia, and Washington state have all introduced the bathroom laws. Many states have proposed multiple bills: Missouri has three on the table, as does Virginia, and there are two in both Kentucky and Texas. In total, there are currently 19 very sensible bathroom bills proposed, and this number is only

Inauguration Prayers from Traditional Family Leaders

Image
English: Bishop Gene Robinson of the Episcopal Diocese of New Hampshire, at Episcopal Church of St. John the Evangelist, San Francisco, in 2005 (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Inaugurations have historically included prayers from religious leaders whose prayers featured in the inauguration ceremony represent the ideology and often the agenda of the incoming president. President Obama chose prayers who reflected the historically inclusive nature of his election. He invited the immoral homosexual Episcopal Bishop Gene Robinson who essentially has split the UK Anglicans and now divorced his homosexual partner - to offer a prayer at his 2009 inauguration. Of course those prayer did not go to God but to Satan as Robinson is performing the duties of his deity. The   Rev. Dr. Nancy Wilson , then Moderator of the LGBTQ community serving Metropolitcan Community Church, read scripture at the 2013 interfaith prayer breakfast. Again, Metro is an apostate church who leader is not Christ

Pro-family activists call on Trump to undo Obama transgender ‘guidance’

A leading pro-natural marriage advocate called on President-elect Donald Trump to reverse outgoing President Obama ’s pro-homosexual and pro-transgender Executive Orders while the ACLU threatens to sue Trump to stop him from implementing his campaign promises. Ryan Anderson , a senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation ,   tweeted : "Because so much of the bad that [Barack Obama] did came through executive action, [Donald Trump] can get rid of it all.” And he added: “With one stroke of a pen   @realDonaldTrump   can get rid of the DOE [Department of Education]/DOJ [ Department of Justice ] Transgender Agenda and allow local schools to find win-win solutions.” Back in May, in an interview with   The Washington Post , Trump promised to revoke Obama’s highly-controversial “transgender” student directive — which pushes schools to allow gender-confused students to use the opposite-sex restrooms of their perceived “gender identity,” under the threat of a federal civ

Pro-LGBT Clinton previously defended marriage as ‘sacred bond’ of man and woman

Hillary Clinton in Hampton, NH (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Like the Democratic U.S. president she is trying to succeed, Hillary Clinton has done a 180-degree U-turn on the legalization of homosexual “marriage”—going from a religious-minded foe of genderless “marriage” in 2000 to a fervent crusader for it today as a supposed “constitutional right.” Most ominously in a post- Obergefell   America that is increasingly hostile to citizens who do not wish to participate in or validate same-sex “marriage,” Hillary Clinton is now a vocal opponent of “religious freedom restoration” laws like the one overturned in Indiana . These laws aim to preserve people’s right to live out their support for natural marriage before God (a belief Hillary shared pre-2013) and not to countenance sin. She also openly expresses hostility to faith-based citizens who refuse to bend their thinking on homosexual “marriage.” In that vein, Mrs. Clinton touts the federal LGBTQ “Equality Act,” which adds homo

Obama fights back after judge blocks transgender bathroom mandate

Image
The Obama administration is appealing an injunction against its mandate for transgender bathrooms in public schools. Last Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Reed O'Connor rejected the Justice Department 's request to limit his nationwide injunction against enforcement of Obama's redefined Title IX law that mandated opposite sex use of showers, locker rooms, and toilets. Obama threatened public schools with losing federal funding if they failed to comply. The Justice Department had requested that O'Connor's injunction be limited to the 13 states where attorney generals sued to stop government-imposed transgender bathrooms. The judge   responded   that not only does he have the authority to issue a nationwide injunction, but "a geographically-limited injunction would be ineffective" because "both Title IX and Title VII rely on the consistent, uniform application of national standards." On Friday, the Obama Department of Education file
